Secondly, you would need to prepare the documents needed and then have your lawyer properly submitting the application to the competent authority.
After procuring the license, you would need to complete the post incorporation processes, such us opening the required accounts before the relevant authorities, like ZATCA, GOSI and others.

For the first year, you would need to pay SAR 12000 for the Foreign Investment License, and an amount of 62,000 thereafter. You would also need to pay around SAR 7000 for the CR issuance, and MoA/AoA formalization.
